Cancellation And Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

2. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
3. Order can be cancel till 12 hour after order placed and the customer will receive a full refund after deducting Shipping and handling fees.

Refund Policy:

1. If a customer receives a defective or damaged product, they must contact our customer service team with in 24hrs of receiving the product to initiate a return or refund.
2. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase for any reason, they can contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return and refund.
3. To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
4. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
5. Customer can return product in 7 days after receive product.
6. The buyer is only responsible for return shipping costs. But In some cases, we provide you return charge, for further please contact us before shipping the item back.
7. After qualities check, It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in the customer's account.
